I'm on a cruise, my eye is killing me was red and gunky. I've washed my eye out and got these eye drops from medical that have taken away the redness but nothing else. I don't want this to ruin the last of my holiday. Any quick fixes? Currently sat with cold compress over it. Please help, there must be a miracle cure out there somewhere that can be done in the middle of the ocean
