eBay question

I bought a bed on eBay for my dd in June. And it’s broken already. It’s a double divan bed. Aibu to expect it to last longer than 4 months?! Does anyone know where I stand on this, it looks like I’m past the cut off point for eBay but I just can’t believe it hasn’t even lasted 6 months. Does anyone know where I stand on this one?

Have you contacted the actual company, surely a bed has atleast a 12 month guarantee with it? Or is it 2nd hand?

Try contacting the seller on Ebay, or look for the manufacturer of the bed and see if they have a warranty on it.

It was brand new. I’ve looked at the listing but it doesn’t mention any guarantee

If you paid via PayPal, I think there is a 180 day guarantee (could be wrong). Try to find that transaction and raise a case that the item is broken.
