plans for tomorrow. I worked a 12 hour shift today so, as it's forecast rain tomorrow, I plan to do as little as possible. I'm thinking a cosy duvet day catching up with some TV programmes, browsing the net, maybe a film on Netflix and a takeaway for dinner. Bliss.

Work.

Bah humbug.

Ok, ok two hours of work with a half hour journey at each end which conveniently gets me home just after bedtime.

But I'm still salty about it.

I finished a 24 hour shift this morning and am off until Wednesday morning.
I do have to do the laundry on Sunday (that sound... That's my Nanna turning in her grave at the thought of me doing work On The Sabbath! Grin ) to get the school uniforms and P.E kits sorted, but other than that, it will be a thoroughly lazy day. The housework will still be there on Monday so I will do it then when the family aren't under my feet Smile

Shopping. DC has a party to go to and we need to get a card and present. By the time we have had breakfast we'll be out of bread and milk. Plan is to shop in peace while DC is at party.
Then the nagging to get homework completed can begin. That usually goes on until tea time.Grin

Work 2-4:30 in the afternoon as we have an event on. DP has work in the evening, so I'm just going to enjoy some quality time with DS. I think a friend might come over for a glass of wine once DS is in bed. Grin

Dropped Dd off to 18th earlier and trying to stay awake to pick her up at 12.45 😱

Aprillygirl · 12/10/2019 23:05

My kids have all left school, so homework supervision, sorting of uniforms or chauffeuring to kids parties for me ever again YAY!

I've got dgs6 staying for a sleepover tonight, so I'll be fussing, feeding him and trying to keep him entertained. Grin

Dance competition with my dd. 3hour round trip (if I’m lucky- Road works, I’m looking at you .......), 5 hours of tedium, dd will do one dance lasting 3 minutes! I love her dearly and she is soooo totally devoted to her dance. But, really!!! It’s Sunday ffs 😫

MadisonAvenue · 12/10/2019 23:12

Not sure what’s happening during the day as the weather forecast isn’t very good but we’re going to see Joker tomorrow night.
