How to kill sugar overload

hipslikecinderella · 12/10/2019 22:08

Very bad eating day today, I've only really had a 300g tub of m and s chocolate mini rolls and some jam and toast.
I feel so sick but need to eat something as getting low blood sugar, not more chocolate but I'm not really hungry.
Feel in a total mess how should I get out of this?

Drink some orange juice and that'll tide you over while you make a decent meal. You need to eat 3 meals a day or you will get hungry and sick.

Go for a walk or do something energetic and get rid of the sugar out of your system. For god's sake don't eat anymore sugar or carbs of any description..............eat some protein if you have to eat anything.

Flush it out xx

Thank you. God I feel so disgusting too sick to go for a walk.
I'm not overweight but scared of becoming so.
Have been bulimic in the past but I know mini rolls would be awful to sick up.
Urggg

Go to bed and sleep it off

Span1elsRock · 12/10/2019 22:18

There's nothing of any value to your body, OP, in what you've eaten today.

Your body is a precious thing, you need to look after it better.

Have some veg and protein tomorrow, it's a whole new day.

Thank you.

That sounds awful.
Do you have any nuts? That might be a good nibble for now. Go to bed then see if you can fast for a bit tomorrow. Fasting, apparently, is very good at controlling those blood sugar spikes.
Plan a healthy lunch and dinner.
Watch YouTube videos by Dr Eric Berg and Dr Jason Fung. They’re very good.

You’re having or had a sugar crash

Eat fruit berries to help stabilise you

Totaldogsbody · 12/10/2019 22:27

Have a cup of tea and maybe an egg omelette then get to bed and start afresh with a good breakfast tomorrow. You need to eat properly OP take 3 healthy meals a day and you shouldn't put any weight on. Your body will thank you for it.
