Mortgage Broker Help

Posting for traffic..

My brother currently lives in England but wants to buy a flat in Scotland. Can anyone recommend a mortgage broker with reasonable fees? I'm not sure what side of the border he will need one.

Another vote for London and Country, used them three times now and they've been excellent every time. All houses in Scotland as well.

Meant to add - he will definitely need a Scottish solicitor, the house buying process is very different up here, but depending on which lender he ends up with, they may well have a preferred panel, so hold off choosing for now.
