Mine has been playing up all night. It went off for ages earlier this evening, it came back for a bit and it’s conked out again. Is anyone else having problems?

Tbh virgin isn’t what it was and I’m finding it mostly poor on cable and slow a lot of the time

How random I just started a thread about virgin media. Not the same as this but still! Ours is working fine at the mo.

YES. It’s driving me insane, as the Sonos can’t play white noise in the baby’s room and the bloody students next door are having a party.

It’s been dodgy for a couple of days - seriously tempted to go elsewhere.

We had problems with ours about two weeks ago. It was on and off over the course of a week but has been fine since. It’s usually very reliable so I don’t know what the problem was.

Mine is working fine. I cannot remember it ever dropping out here in the 7 years that we've used it. It's usually the device that plays up not the broadband.

Yes mine has been on and off all day. But it's always shit and unreliable so nothing new there. I've given up phoning to complain because each time I waste 45 minutes on hold before speaking to someone reading off a call centre script who clearly couldn't care less.

Ok stupid question, which port does the modem cable from the wall socket go in? Not the big round screwy inny one, the little clicky one from the phone modem socket. Is it the one at the top? I asked DS to check the router and he didn’t check whether the cables were plugged in. The bloody modem cable wasn’t. I don’t know which hole it goes in and I can’t see the little symbols because bad eyes. It’s a hub 3 btw.
