We have booked ours - hope they are a bit more punctual than they were last night. 8.30-9.30 delivery slot. Finally arrived at 10.50. Not even a phonecall to apologise. To be fair that is only the second problem we have had in a decade - previous time man and van went missing and they found it dumped 8 miles from us.....

How do you book a christmas slot? I can't find them. Can you still have your ordinary orders until them.
