I'm self employed and basically a specialist in my field. Good money, great flexibility, chilled hours and lifestyle. But I work alone and the work I do doesn't ever really put me in front of people. Plus, although my hours are relatively good, I often end up having blurred lines between home and work.
I worked in hotels when I was younger. Sometimes I just fantasise about saying fuck it, taking a pay cut and getting a hotel front desk job where I'm constantly surrounded by people, I check out when I've done my hours, I get to observe lots of different people, I have a bit of fun with colleagues.
Anyone feel this way?!
