To think it's unbelievable that young people in Italy and Greece are mostly anti EU?

I hear alot that in countries like Italy and Greece it's the opposite to the UK and most young people are anti eu.

Is this really true? I know no Italians or Greeks! But some here must do

@Really222. Of course! The last 2 summers, (I have a house there and spend many weekends and school holidays there on top of my maternal family living there and speaking both Italian and Greek as a mother tongue), every single Greek told me the exact same thing. It was like their opening sentence once they found I live in the uk “why is this Brexit going on? It’s madness!”
The only way these countries will follow suit in grexit or Italy-exit is if in 20/30 years time, British economy has flourished outside the EU. And even then, poorer countries like the Greece will not leave.
And yes it’s fake news, if you can’t differentiate between the people from the country telling is not true and whomever has been on a weeks holiday in Rhodes and tells you that what Stavros the waiter said. You can’t say your experience is the gospel. I got pickpocketed in Newcastle once, can go around saying that everyone in Newcastle is a thief! Come on.
