Have my eye on these two bed frames from John Lewis, currently in their sale. We have a Simba mattress at the moment, and DH has a notoriously bad back therefore AIBU to ask which people would recommend?

I suffered bad back for years and I would have had trouble getting in and out both those beds as they are look very low, not sure if your husband has same issue.

That's a really good point actually

I have a king size House, which I like a lot, but I suppose is relatively low. Surely comfort depends more on the mattress though!

It's self assembly and requires 2 people to do, but isn't that hard.

Our bed was too low, so we jacked it up on bricks to make it higher! There are options if you don't want to compromise on the bed itself, but want something a little higher!
