The whole chain is ready to exchange. They're the bottom (first-time buyers), and now suddenly are holding things up as they're 'waiting for something'. They also asked at 11am yesterday if they could come 'to measure' at 4pm. We couldn't accommodate that and actually can't easily until the middle of next week, but said they're welcome to come then. Now, having previously said they're ready to exchange, they have an unspecified delay. AIBU to think they're getting cold feet and actually want another look round before taking the plunge??
