Xmas tree

A few years ago I bought a lovely Xmas tree, quite expensive aswell but we needed a new one and I bought with the intention of having this tree for years, had it up for two Christmases, kept in garage then last Oct/Nov time DH sorting out garage and threw away the tree🎄😢, I wasn't happy at all and certainly told him! We bought another tree, cheaper and not as lovely as last one. AIBU if I give this tree to charity and purchase a tree I actually like without discussing with DH first? Grin

He said he was sorting out garage and he didn't think I would be borheredHmm of course I was bothered as was quite expensive and a bloody good tree, and if he wanted space surely he would have wanted to get rid in the new year? Still makes me mad when I think of itAngry

I bought a Balsam Hill one when I was (extremely!) pregnant with my DS as a waddly gift to myself and it's beautiful and I love it so I can thoroughly recommend them.
The bigger the better- my lovely sister in law had to decorate it under my very strict instructions that first year though because I was too pregnant to reach!

I really covet a tree from Balsam Hill, But I have nowhere to store it (Ground floor flat) So I get a real tree every year, I was excited the first couple of years but the novelty has worn off now :)

I have one from balsam hill and it is lovely, folds up quite small into “its special bag” as my DH likes to joke
