Sleep regression??

I’m looking for some advice with regards to my 4 month old. I am now on week 4 of my LO not settling back down after her 3am feed.
She goes down about 7/7:30 and is dreamfed at 10pm. She will then wake between 2:30/3am for a feed, however although she seems tired as soon as she is put back in her cot she is wide awake and will not go back to sleep. She is usually awake until around 5:30am where she may have around 30mins and that’s it.
I am just wondering if this may be the 4 month sleep regression?
She takes 6oz every 3 hours during the day and usually has 3 naps, the first 2 usually half an hour then a longer afternoon nap.
Has anyone any experience of this and what may help, or is it a case of just riding it out?
I am aware that 7-3am is very good for a 4 month old as some are still waking much more than this, however I’m utterly exhausted as my days begin at 3am and I’m very rarely able to catch up on sleep.
Thanks for taking the time to read 😊 from a very happy but very tired mama

I've never believed in that. They change and alter so much that you could give a catchy name to ANY stage of their lives.

If she's crying and fussing after her 2.30am feed, are you winding her properly?

Is she too hot or cold?

Dreamfed? Fed in sleep? Maybe remove that feed and see what time she wakes for a feed herself?

We had this. I started ignoring the 2-3am stirring unless it escalated into proper crying which actually it almost never did. I’d been jumping up to feed her out of habit but turns out she really didn’t need it any more and was ready to sleep through from the dream feed until 7am.
