To be worried for myself?

I can't stop crying and there is nothing in particular that has really happened. There has been a lot of uncertainty about my job lately, been feeling worried about my health (I have a bowel disease) and been hurt deeply by a 'friend' but it worried me that I almost seemed to have a mini meltdown and now can't move from my bed and the tears won't stop falling. This has never happened before despite how bad things have been in the past. Please tell me this is normal?

Your body and your mind have had enough. Accept the healing power of a bloody good cry, you’ll feel much better for it.

It's normal. Let it all out. Treat yourself to shit tv and rubbish food with booze or a hot drink. You need a release so when the crying stops, you'll be tired and hopefully get a good sleep!
