Money situation with relative

My oh recently became self employed. He did a small job totalling under £100 for a relative of mine (not a close relative) he has done small jobs for them before, when he wasn’t self employed. The relative recently sold their business, and messaged my oh a month after my oh had sent him an invoice to say sorry he’d been preoccupied with his business situation and would see to the invoice being paid soon. (It is further complicated, due to the fact he claims not to have telephone or internet banking and so was going to drive to ours around 30 mins drive from him) we were fine with that and just expected him to pay in due course.
It’s now over 6 weeks and we didn’t hear anything from him. My oh messaged him a couple of weeks ago to say if it’s easier, he could drop the money at my parents house (5 min walk from his house) he didn’t reply to this message. My oh messaged him again just a reminder as his accountant is trying to chase up outstanding invoices. Still no reply. He is active on Facebook regularly, and posts about various days out and activities- so I don’t believe it’s a money situation. Unsure what to do next.? Am I being unreasonable in thinking he should have paid by now, or at least have acknowledge my husbands messages?

Send him another invoice with "final demand" in red across it? Stop being nice any that's for sure

As the relative has been running a business, I think it's safe to assume this is bullshit.

Time for final demand, including warning that failure to pay within 7 days will lead to Small Claims Court.
