Why do I keep having to re-register?

I keep making accounts, then I can't login to them again when I log out, and I have to make a new account. Why is this? I have limited means of reaching out, and am a vulnerable person. I keep having to re-register, and I keep losing track of threads that I post, and it gets me sad. :(

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Is it a problem with the password when you try to log back in? Are you getting some sort of error message? Perhaps go to 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page to see if you can get some technical help? Don't give up

I don't know what it is. Everytime I make a new account, I leave it a day then I can't get back into it and have to re-register. I don't know why.

Hmm it's hard to be any of help without knowing what the problem is. What comes up on your screen when you enter your log in information? Does your device/browser have a 'remember me' option so you can log in automatically?

Is it possible that they keep banning your accounts?

Hi @SilverChime - I don't see why my accounts would be banned. I never post anything that breaks rules. Am not sure if it is a technical glitch with my computer or my internet settings.

I had this joined posted then it would never recognise me again I lost the thread so started again seems OK bit no idea why unless maybe someone has similar name and reported it or something?

Do you keep your passwords somewhere?
