So ds is 14 weeks and majorly dribbles. I think he may have a tooth coming in but he refuses to let me look in his mouth without a major battle.
Ordered 12 bibs from funky giraffe. Read the reviews first, all seemed good. Paid for 1st class delivery. Got an email the next day saying they were on the way. This was all a week ago and I still haven't received the bibs. When I tracked the bibs it said they haven't been sent! (It still says this)
So I messaged on fb asking to speak to someone. The lady replied a few hours later asking what I was after and I explained the issue. She then stopped responding. I've messaged again twice. Ive emailed twice. Nothing. I want to ring but the number is an Egyptian one? And I do not want a huge phone bill 🤦🏻♀️
So annoyed! I was really excited to get them, even told other NCT mums about the site, and thought better to buy from them as a small family business than amazon or the likes. More fool me :-(
Having looked on fb since I put my order in there have been two other complaints left, with similar issues to mine :-(
Also!!! The fb page has been updated and they are selling at a baby fair event in Manchester so clearly still able to use social media!!
Aibu to be very annoyed?? Where do I go from here if they are just point blank ignoring me?
