Has anyone tried them with success? Interested to hear.

Shamelessly posting for traffic.

I found mine to be inconclusive, bordering on useless to be honest.

In my initial consultation the doctor scratched my arm and declared me to be dermotagraphic. On discussing my history of rosacea and how taking a daily claritin seemed to be helping, she said I was almost definitely allergic. All the tests came back negative and she told me to stop taking the claritin.

At a later appointment with my regular physician, he told me to start taking my antihistamines again as my heart rate had gone up a little with no reason and that they wouldn't do any harm anyway!

Go figure!

I suffer really badly with intolerances! and I still cant put my finger on what they are.

The hair testing etc is all a bunch of crap, people leave reviews saying that they're feeling better as they cut gluten, dairy or whatever else from their diet and to be honest anyone will feel better doing that.

People have also tested it by submitting same hair under different names and each time the results where completely different.

Best bet is just to keep a diary of what you're eating and how you felt after, 1 hour after, 2, 3, 4 or go to a dietician
