Family friendly villa? Help!

Not the place for it I know, but can anyone PLEASE recommend a nice family friendly villa with private pool, walking distance to area with shops/bars/restaurants? Anywhere in Portugal, Spain etc (anywhere hot in June)? Would need 4 bedrooms.

It’s harder than it sounds to find anything decent!

would a villa like this in maderia work? its located in a small village that has shops and restaurants. i havent stayed there myself however

Used to always use owners direct, but the last few years have heard horror stories about villas not actually existing!
Used them two years ago for a beautiful villa in Croatia though.
Earlier this year and late last year used Jamesvillas and was very happy with the standard, cleanliness, etc.
Puerto del Carmen on Lanzarote is lovely

Have you tried Villaplus? PDC in Lanzarote is lovely, many of the villas there are within walking distance of restaurants/bars/shops. Their website shows a map with villa location and gives floor plan to see if the layout will work for your family. Private heated pools, table tennis & pool table and WiFi.

Not sure it would be walking distance to the shops but definitely not far at all.

Seconding villa plus. We used them for the first time this year and they were great.

We've been to a few lovely villas in Portugal with Villa Plus. Guess it depends on what your requirements are to make it "family friendly" really. We went to Villa Soni in Olhos D'Agua which was just perfect, but had no pool fence. Others on the villa plus website do though

We found a great villa in Zante (only 2 bedrooms though) on TripAdvisor

We go to a lovely villa in Portugal every year! 10 mins walk to the beach and local shops, 40 mins from the airport even a Aldi 10 mins away!

Another one recommending VillaPlus. The villas are really good quality and surprisingly affordable. Me and DH had a 2 bed villa with private pool for a week in Cyprus in August/September including flights - £770.
