Using this for traffic: An add for a company called RubyIris or IrisRuby popped up on my facebook last night. They had some gorgeous items on their site, but I can't find the company online if I search outside of fb.

Are they are a real company? AIBU to buy the lovely scarf and gloves I saw or am I going to lose all my money to a scammer who will live like a king on my NHS salary?

Read the comments under their posts on FB. That should tell you enough.

Oh I fell for one of these ! Ordered a beautiful grey fluffy faux fur ( but nice ) wrap........ and badly sewn together thin fake fur material - absolutely appalling
I never ever buy from FB now

I have now received one item of the 6 ordered from irisruby. So-called purple gloves are a cheap copy of the ones in the photograph on irisruby website. I can see now the photo shows another website from which the photo has been lifted: feuer-und-wasser.com. I will know what to look out for in future, so as not to get scammed again. Meanwhile I will ask for a refund of the £65 approx. which I paid to irisruby.

So I foolishly bought from iris ruby. What a load of rubbish. It was printed polyester but printed to look like knitted stitches. Do not waste your money like I did. Stay well clear

I've ordered from Iris Ruby and would recommend giving them a miss. See the reviews piling up on Trust Pilot. This company is based in China, they don't delivery, have non-existent quality control and don't want to refund your money. I should have known better I never buy from companies without a phone number, but it was one of those impulse buys I know deeply regret.

IRISRUBY.com
suggest no one buys from this questionable company, yes their ads look amazing...not so in reality. I ordered 7 items as Christmas presents, the make was apauling and some garments had holes in. I followed the complicated returns procedure, a note inside my package, it said they would respond within 48 hours...didn't happen...persueing them further I was asked to write a full description of all items, all the serial numbers and take photos. I did this 3 times before getting a reply, then oveR a period of a month now they have offered 10, 15, 25 and now 50% refund, I HAVE REFUSED ALL. They are supposed to be sending me a returns address lable, nothin! each communication states that if I don't respond within 7 days the claim will be lost. My guess is they are waiting for me to slip up. DIDGUSTING COMPANY, DISGUSTING QUALITY PRODUCTS, PLEASE AVOID TO SAVE M ONEY LOSS AND DISAPPOINTMENT.
