@NumberblockNo1 you really should give Craig Tara a try, obviously as we don't get great weather all the time in Scotland they have made sure that there's plenty to keep you busy indoors.
In the height of season, they run a full on wrestling afternoon in the big function lounge. Complete with wrestlers, full size ring everything the kids love it especially whilst waving their foam fingers and booing at the baddy
.
The swimming pool has two flumes, water rapids, racing slides with timers, various other slides. Baby/toddler pool. And loads of pool like activities water balls kayaking aqua jets the list goes on.
If you manage to get good weather kids and adults over 12 can hire segways. There's also family size go karts (avoid the hills
). Regular sight seeing dad push a cart with wife and numerous kids up a hill lol.
New indoor area with climbing walls, Ariel adventure course. There's indoor and outdoor mini golf. Football courts inflatable obstacle course I have forgot more than half of it tbh.
We love it, the kids love it which is the main thing. As with all these parks there's the usual amusement arcade which drives me round the bend but I suppose you take the good with the bad lol.
I would say though for a first time, don't go any less that 5 days you'll need it to try most things and if possible use the app to prebook your activities they book fast!
