To be this tired?

25, no children, 9-5 job with a short 5 minute commute.

I am always tired. As in, struggling to keep my eyes open by 5 kind of tired. Sometimes I have to sleep in my car on my lunch break, I really struggle to wake up in the mornings on time. I feel like I could sleep at any time of the day given the opportunity and never feel refreshed.

I do sleep all night though which I find strange. I have no trouble sleeping, no insomnia or anything like that.

When I was a teenager I had very bad periods which would last a long time and was anemic but that didn't last and my periods are now regular, 5 day, nothing particularly nasty anymore.

I did go through a particularly traumatic/stressful pregnancy loss this year so perhaps it's the effects of that still.

Should I be worried? Going to the GP? I feel like I'll just be fobbed off.

Yanbu this sounds like iron deficiency

I think this sounds quite extreme tiredness, I don't think it would be out of the question to see your GP for a chat. Maybe blood tests. I'm really sorry for your loss Flowers

Please see your GP, it might just be anemia but it is worth fixing x

Ok thank you. I will try and ring my GP at dinner.

I can't remember if I've always been like this or whether it's only in recent years!
