I know I am being U...I think it’s hormones but I’m honestly just so bloomin’ irritated at all the sentences that start with, “As a...” as in, “As a teacher I know that...GrinBlushGrin.” or “As a doctor I...”
I imagine it said in the total voice of superiority and it just flippin’ winds me up so much!

Rant over. I Feel better now I’ve got it off my chest. GrinBlush

Haha yes!!! Even though I am guilty of this sometimes but only when I'm ranting with my friend...

My husband once called me out on it as he overheard me saying "as a professional..." 🙀🙀 cringe!!!

I guess it depends on the situation. If someone on here has a question about a blocked drain then an answer from a plumber is likely to be more use than one from a brain surgeon. So identifying as your job in that way is just being helpful I think.
