Can someone helo before i go even more mad in my own head?! I have a period every 10 days so one month it will start on the 24th then the next month will be around the 7th. So I had my period 24th last month and missed my period on the 7th of this month. Took two clear blue tests and very very faint positive lines. 2nd test was more clear to me!! Showed my partner he couldn't really see on the first one but slightly more on the second. So thought I would do a digital test and said I'm not pregnant but today I thought let's take it apart and see the strips. There is 2 lines one in the positive and don't even have to hold it up to the light to see it can see it at one glance! Can someone share some advice

Sadly no one here can tell you if you're pregnant or not, OP.

Having periods every 10 days seems very unusual, have you seen a GP about that?

Agree with this

The digital ones aren’t as sensitive so if you take them too early, it’s more likely you will get a false negative.

Having said that, clearblue tests are generally rubbish. Try first response.

Do another one first thing tomorrow.

I had a few negative tests both strips and digital, even first response.

My body started changing almost instantly but my period wasn't due for about 2 weeks. I just knew that I was pregnant but the tests kept coming back negative. I tested on the day my period was due and there was a faint line. It took a week or two before it got darker and easier to see.

Digital tests are notorious for not being sensitive enough to detect early pregnancy

Try FRER, they're far and away the best for early testing

And hang on, a period every 10 days???

TinyMystery · 24/09/2019 18:58

I can’t imagine that if you are having true menstruated periods every 10 days that you are fertile enough to get pregnant. I could be wrong but have you seen someone about this?

Just on the multiple periods bit, I have two per month due to endometriosis (that’s when I’m not using contraceptives) I know some people who have multiple light periods a month when on certain contraceptives but if multiple periods per month has been normal for you from the start it might be worth seeing your GP.

Endometriosis also has other signifiers that they can check for Smile

I done a cheap pregnancy test yesterday morning first thing as I woke up and came back negative went to the doctors today they have sent a wee sample off to the lab and yeah every 10 days I just need to book another appointment. I also have a 5 month old daughter and will be taking another test in the morning
