Early positive pregnancy test

Would you say this was a positive or negative pregnancy test? I'm so confused

I can see a faint shadow on the frer and it looks to have colour so I'd say tomorrow you should hopefully see a proper line x

How “early” is it? From bitter personal experience it’s best to really try and hold off testing.

That’s negative but if it’s early it might be too early to get a positive.

Except there is actually a line. I can see a very very faint line on the frer. I think it depends on your screen how easily it will show up. And how familiar you are with pregnancy tests. Once you've stared at hundreds of frers, it's easier to tell what is and isn't a line.

Some people seem to think pregnancy tests need to show a nice obvious line. They don't.

If you constantly find yourself on threads where others can see a line that you can't, maybe the logical conclusion is about your screen's resolution rather than the other posters.

Sorry to jump on this. My period is due next wednesday, I had planned to do a clear blue early pregnancy test on Friday, however I cracked and did one yesterday morning (after vivid dreams of positive testing). That was a very obvious negative.

Is there any chance I might still test positive on Friday and actually be pregnant?

I'm not sure when I am due on, had mirena coil removed four weeks ago and no periods in the 3yrs it was in. Doc advised clear blue digital ovulation test to give me some idea when I might start ovulating and it has been on flashing smiley face for 18days then solid on day 19. I started the new ovulation pack expecting a blank circle for first day but went straight to solid also. A friend recommended a pregnancy test on the basis the straight to solid smiley maybe actually picking up hcg instead of LH. Time will tell 😊
