Sorry posting here for traffic - does anyone know if a cash inheritence forms part of a financial settlement when divorcing? Or is it exempt?

I believe it depends on some different factors. You're best to seek legal advice.

Am seeing a solicitor tomorrow but am really nervous. Just another day I know but I have no experience with this.

I have a feeling that anything left to you can form part of an inheritance ,not sure on this but I think just a percentage though maybe a third ,something like that .Best to check with your Solicitor though
