What evidence do I need for a non mol? My ex has a history of DA with a restraining order. He is well known to police for stalking and harassment of at least two ex partners I know of. I am moving soon into a new property with my child and I know when I go no contact he will kick off and soon turn up at my work? Can I get a non molestation order put in with just his past or do I need proof of harassment of me first? I'm so scared of having to face some harassment first from him before I can get one in place. I am having nightmares about him stalking me and him finding me, which makes me so anxious. Do I have to pay for a non mol? Will I have to face him in court? Are they put in place quickly.
