Agent orange killed or maimed 400'000 people and they've paid very little out to help those affected but it's never that high up in the news agender.
My ex is American and and he's indoctrinating DD about 911. Yes is was horrible but it's just one of many things in the world that are. The actual death toll (if that's not too crude) was 2400 and compared to how many innocent people the usa has killed in my liftime is a tiny number (although of course every death is tragic but sometimes I think perspective is missing).
Am I allowed to think that or is it terribly crass?
