To think there’s no point in saving Thomas Cook because no one will book with them now anyway

Obviously I hope all those currently abroad and already booked are brought home quickly and / or compensated but what’s the point in them carrying on

Really, really sad news. I think it’s a sign of the times.

It’s been at least 20 years since I went into a travel agent and booked a package deal. Multiply that by millions and I can see what and why it’s happened.

I think the internet is both the best and worst invention of the last 50 years.
