Red wine- turns me into an emotional wreck

Red wine. Love it but gives me terrible headaches

White wine = loopy juice

White wine - love it but can’t have more than two glasses these days without getting a horrible headache.
Champagne - love it but again these days I get a shocker of a headache.
Prosecco - used to love it but gone right off it as it makes me nauseous now.

I think it’s an age / menopause thing.

Tequila, 'it makes me happy' maybe at the time I'm drinking it but after no way, so I gave that shit up for sambucca, same initial high less long therm consequences

I love cider but it gives me spots.

Brandy has me feeling like I am the sexiest person alive. So I like that. Vodka is my go to drink, I get happy drunk

Stella and Cider turn me In to a loud in your face, think I'm oh so hilarious tit. So I stay away from that now. Champagne is grim so I dont bother with that.

I like red wine but it turns me into a hungover bastard after two glasses, the hangover lasts for two days.

I like white wine but two glasses gets me as pissed as a handcart.

Prosecco, just no, I feel ill.

Somehow I can't say no to gin, red and white wine at my miles and come home pissed

Prosecco gives me the worst heart burn I can't stand the stuff.

Vodka makes me woolly headed.

Wine feels lovely but makes me oh so tired and sleepy.

Tequila makes me go blind. Literally can't see a thing.

Hence I'm dialling back on the booze.

Mother in law's not miles ffs.

Rose, especially cheap rose, gives me awful headaches.

I really love amaretto (DiSaronno).

One drink I wont recommend is Prosecco with vodka in 😩 I invented this "cocktail" at my wedding.I was extremely hungover/still pissed the next day.

I don't get people who think different drinks have different effects. It's still the same active ingredient. I can only fathom a difference if somebody drinks much more in a shorter period, e.g. due to drinking whisky over bucks fizz.

No red wine for me. Migraine city (lucky I don’t like it anyway.)

I like good cider but it’s a bit of a lottery as to whether it will give me a migraine or not.

Love bubbles but it goes straight to my head and turns me into an instant ditz.

Never ever drinking sangria again. Never been so sick in my life. Probably more linked to the amount drunk than the sangria itself but just the thought of it turns me green these days.

@LordRandallXV Different bade ingredients and different additives can make a difference to the after effects, it's not just the alcohol.
