There's not much more happening at the moment to be honest.
I have contacted the salon and told them they have until 6pm to sort something out or I will report them to trading standards, contact local newspapers and progress things further with court if necessary.
The manager wasn't there when we arrived earlier, he purposely avoided us. Although his wife was there, but she hid in the back and refused to come out 🤷
It's all escalated a lot further than I intended. They've still refused to apologise, but he did say that as he has said yes to the refund he's accepted responsibility.
Not much good though really, since we're still in the same situation.
My nan has been to a hairdresser today, they spoke to the salon and asked what the hell they did, but he had no response to her questions. The hairdresser has written down everything wrong though.
