Like button for MN please

I think it would be great to have a "like" option to certain comments on Mumsnet. Some comments are very good but the thread may be long and we can not give it the credit it deserves

This has been discussed endlessly on here & the general consensus has always been against it.

I'm certainly not in favour of a 'like' button. MN is a Chat forum, not Facebook or the Daily Mail. The whole point is to engage with others & chat, which you can't do by clicking a 'like' button. The new vote option on AIBU is bad enough.
