We have a flower bed with a row of upright bricks holding the soil in from from a small paved area next to our driveway. Larger delivery vans when turning back round onto the lane are driving over them pulling the bricks out.
Tonight I watched a delivery driver who had delivered a package to my neighbour bump over the border taking 3 of the bricks onto the driveway.
This is a regular occurrence. A house a few streets away has a large boulder at the edge of their garden, presumably to encourage mindful driving. I’m thinking of doing the same, keeping it within the paved area. I am worried if I would be liable if the van got damaged. Anyone else have any experience of this?
