I’ve just been offered a job at a local nursery I’ve just read the contract and it states they can terminate my employment giving a weeks notice but i am required to give an academic terms notice ie 13 weeks. I know they have the ratios etc to consider but this seems excessive to me. Is this normal practice ? Or AIBU?
