So put property on Monday for rent 16 leads, and 7 viewings today,

Now first couple adverse credit 33k wage and dad guarantor

Couple kid overal 25k self employed, guarantor / dad owns few business

Mother daughter on benefits - dad guarantor? 50k earning

Am I being unreasonable to refuse people with guarantors?

Feel I rather have working couples

And 40% of wage rather than say they struggle to make payment

I guess you have to look at what your insurance allows firstly, are you allowed people on benefits? Sounds like you’ve got a lot of interest so hopefully you won’t have to have someone with a guarantor. I’m not sure how comfortable i’d Be with that tbh.
