To feel frustrated

The kid I nanny for has an older brother, he leaves for uni in 2 weeks but has been round the house (Same time as me) since late June. I look after this child twice a week of an afternoon.
He sings loudly, makes a huge mess in the kitchen and my nanny charge just wants to play with him.
Aibu to feel frustrated at this? I don't know if I am just being uptight but its really difficult. I can't help but be quiet around him as I am annoyed but I also feel self conscious as he is always there.
I know he leaves in 2 weeks but its really tough.

Oh just let them play together! He should clear up his own mess in the kitchen, though.

That leaves me with nothing to do though and I end up sitting on my own feeling like I shouldn't be there.
