Rory Stewart was seriously hot when he was adventuring in Iran a few years ago. He is one of the rare politicians in the UK who have actually done something interesting and useful with their lives before entering politics.
Now he looks a tiny bit like a deflated balloon, but I still like him. Might be a bit boringly worthy though.
Bercow though - its not the height - its the fact he is squat and in that tv clip of him wearing a woollen jumper stretched over his massive stomach, he looked squat. And I think he would be unbearably smug and self congratulatory, and not as bright as he thinks he is.
QualCheckBot has checked his qualifications and while he does have a first, its in Government from the University of Essex and although bright, its easy to see he lacks the depth of understanding of the constitution that a masters or higher degree would afford (and which is standard on the continent, which might explain why British negotiators are struggling to negotiate with the EU team). QualCheckBot has better qualifications than him and isn't impressed by his rhetoric - its more bluster and glossing over the details than informed content. He always strikes me as faking it a little bit. He was also once a very good competitive tennis player.
I'd rather have Rory.
