To ask about dc mischief?

Once when we moved house the dc used a bunk mattress as a slide down the stairs.
Arrived at the bottom to see them place dd about 9 months in a stacker box to send her down the slide!! Apparently she was too young to free fall!!.
What have your dc innocently done?
Amazingly dd has made it to 12 years +!!

We used to toboggan down the stairs on a bunk bed ladder.

We used to do it on pillows.

My dad and his brother once tied their little sister to a telegraph pole, painted her with creosote and danced round her (they were red indians, apparently) and then went off down the shops, leaving her there.

Mine do that on an air bed when ever friends stay the next morning down they come downstairs on the air bed! They love it!

DD1 changed all the backgrounds on her grandparents phones and their computer to the most unfortunate pic she had of her grandad. They don't know how to change it.

I put my 3ish year old brother on my lap inside a plastic laundry basket and sledged down the stairs.

Did you get in trouble for your stair sledging? I got a smack but we had tiled floors!

I used to dare myself to see which was the highest stair step I could jump from to the bottom.

Survived to tell the tale.

My brother, sister and I used to slide down the stairs in sleeping bags! All fun and games till I flew off the third from bottom step into the shoe rack and ended up with 5 stitches!

Dd and friend have:
Been caught about to abseil down a very large retaining wall after securing themselves to a balustrade (assured me that the knots were safe)
Naked roller-skating
Trampolining with chickens
Challenged themselves to stay in the bathroom for 24 hrs (one slept in the bath)

There's a long list. Not sure if it's mischief or em.. imaginative play? Don't think they've sledged on the stairs yet 😁

Where did the line breaks go? ☹

I've had 6 under 6 for most of this week.
Just today they have between (or tried to):

• Drank out of a puddle
• Pulled their trousers down in the middle of soft play to show someone their Spider-Man pants
• Wrapped the cat up in a whole roll of toilet paper
• Piled books up cartoon style to reach the sweets I'd put out of their reach
• 'Look at this cool bug' immediately followed by dumping a beetle on my lap.
• Been sobbing so inconsolably I thought they'd seriously hurt themselves but it turns out they just needed wanted sweets

My brother likes to bring up the time I fell through the roof of our neighbours garage
