Men "run", women "jog". Is Decathlon BU?

Taken from the decathlon website just now.

Every essential "jogging" item linked to is in fact a running item.

This woman runs!

Is Decathlon being sexist unreasonable?

That's bloody awful.

Looks pretty sexist to me.

I was about to be really annoyed, but higher up that page is a smaller photo headed 'road running' and in that pic there are three people and the woman is in the lead.

I've never noticed any sexism from decathlon before, so it's weird to see those two pics with the different headings.

They were selling gym tops a few months ago which said 'it's glitter not sweat', which would have been much better the other way round (I would have actually been tempted to buy one), so I'm not that surprised by the advert in the OP 🤷

I wonder if it's as simple as they didn't want to repeat the word running on that page. As far as I can tell with a quick look, the word jogging isn't used anywhere else on the site, when you drill down to the actual products, the word running is used for both men and women.

I don't see those images on their homepage but they have separate categories for road running and jogging. Each contain both men and women's items.
