To think these are bed bug bites?

Having a bed bug scare after staying in a hotel in the weekend. Been home 5 nights now but have just woken up with these and a big bite on my back. Now can I tell my DH that I'm NBU about bed bugs?! These bites aren't itchy at all up will come up swollen when I scratch. The bigger one one my back is very itchy.

I can't really see anything?

I don't think they look like bed bug bites. I would expect if you had bed bugs 5 days after getting back from the hotel you would all have been bitten much more.
