To ask you to reassure me about my urine test

UTI test. Due to sort of weird pain at end of urination but no other symptoms eg burning.
Nitriles- negative
Leukocytes- negative
Blood - 10uL

Any ideas?? Could this still be a uti without the normal signs of infection eg nitriles

Contamination with period?

Otherwise no sign of infection.

No nitrites/leukocytes = normal.

Very unlikely to be an infection with those results.

Was no where near period so just unsure about the blood :/

Cystitis? Has the urine also been sent for lab culture? (to see if it grows bacteria)

If you were not menstruating at the time, it needs to be repeated in about 2 weeks. If there is still microscopic haematuria (traces if blood), then your GP will need to refer you to a urologist. But infection or contamination from a period are by far the commonest causes of this

My mum has this and was referred-had bladder camera and everything but no cause found.

I'd be interested to know what others say as I'm also currently having investigations due to blood detected in urine but no signs of UTi. (Have had x-Ray, ultrasound and CT scan, bladder camera to follow). No cause found so far and I'm hoping there's nothing to worry about. (I've had several tests at different stages of cycle so it's definitely not contamination from period). Hope you get some answers OP x
