..... if Boris ever manages to announce when it is.

Will you stick to your usual Party or vote tactically to ensure the Brexit you believe is best for the country?

It would have to be labour as we've not had a lib Democrat representative in our area for years. It wont make a difference though, for some bewildering reason Boris Johnson and the Tories are worshiped here despite it being a working class, deprived area. Having said that it's also predominantly white, generally racist and desperate for a no deal Brexit so perhaps not so bewildering at all. They seem to have forgotten that theres more to government than just Brexit.

BunchMunch · 05/09/2019 08:21

Conservative here.
However last time Labour got in so possibly BXP as a tactical move.

OneHamm3r · 05/09/2019 08:22

Libdem or green even labour if it gets the Tories out. I hope we get some advice from the remain/ anti no deal camp.

Ivgotasecretcanyoukeepit · 05/09/2019 08:28

Conservative - how can anyone vote for labour with Corbyn at the helm. They’re a disgrace.

AutumnCrow · 05/09/2019 08:33

Corbyn has been much more impressive since he engaged in teamwork with Keir Starmer. I've been surprised, watching the last two days of Parliament live.

Ivgotasecretcanyoukeepit · 05/09/2019 08:43

Impressive 😂

MrsSlocombesPussy · 05/09/2019 08:47

I agree. I've been a wavering Labour supporter since Corbyn became leader, but in comparison to Johnson, he has performed much better in the House of Commons.

mindproject · 05/09/2019 08:52

I have always vote Labour in the past to try and keep the Tories out, that didn't work. Last time I voted Lib Dems because of Brexit, that didn't work either.

Now I'm just going to always vote for the Green Party because they're the party I've always really wanted to vote for anyway. They don't stand a chance, given the way people are, but I'm going to be a principled voter from now on.

StoatofDisarray · 05/09/2019 08:56

I'll vote tactically which for me means Labour (central London, Labour constituency).

SeaWitchly · 05/09/2019 08:58

Labour😊

SirJamesTalbotAndHisSpeculum · 05/09/2019 10:21

Is anyone abstaining on the grounds that none of the parties can be trusted?

OP posts:
SirJamesTalbotAndHisSpeculum · 05/09/2019 10:40

I wonder what would happen if absolutely nobody voted.

OP posts:
Blueoasis · 05/09/2019 11:46

Well the mps will vote as will anyone who has joined a party I'd imagine. So whoever has the most members would probably win.

higgyhog · 05/09/2019 11:52

Labour. We have the most wonderful M.P. and I want him back.

Watchingthyme · 05/09/2019 11:56

I would vote for whoever will change how we vote in future. We cannot carry on like this.

MamaGee09 · 05/09/2019 12:03

I won’t be voting again, they are manipulative and liars, they tell you what you want to hear and never follow through with anything,

I’m scunnered with the whole brexit and more annoyed that nicola sturgeon is wanting to push through another ‘once in a lifetime’ independence referendum!

MaximusHeadroom · 05/09/2019 12:04

Labour

nothingpunny · 05/09/2019 12:13

Labour. This isn't a vote for Brexit nor is it an X Factor type vote for who your preferred party polutical leader is. This is a vote that will affect everybody's futures for the next 5 years and I would prefer to vote for a party that will help the most vulnerable of this country as opposed to putting more money in the pockets of the rich and elite.

kikisparks · 05/09/2019 12:20

SNP. I’d vote for them regardless of Brexit.

If the election happens after the alleged leave date will that change your opinion?

Baw Jaws is in my neck of the woods today. His visit barely made the local newspaper. Hopefully he won't be joining her Maj at the Braemar gathering tomorrow.

Bahlindah · 06/09/2019 20:02

I live abroad but have a proxy vote in what is usually a Labour safe seat. I would prefer to vote Lib Dem but, given that there's always the small possibility of a huge upset, may go for Labour.

Neverender · 06/09/2019 20:04

Labour

Mysterian · 06/09/2019 20:06

Round my way it's Tory, Libdem or...nobody basically. I'll go for Libdem.
