Heeellp how to turn around off subtitles on tv?

None of the online help works.

It should be on the remote.

On my remote the button is labelled Sub

Tried all options on menu.
Setup looks promising and display settings on access. But click on that and it just changes the language

Newer remotes say ad/sub or similar. Older say ad/sttl or similar. It ought to have that button.

Press the TV guide button then it should come up as colour button choice under the TV guide screen

I am thinking possibly CC button but I don't think I saw it on a remote. Especially bit older ones. It's always sub or sttl.
