Has anyone bought a new Miller Home? Problems?

Hello all.
We are currently looking to buy a new build home near us in a Miller development. Has anyone bought one in the past? What was your experience like, were there any problems and if so, were they sorted out to your satisfaction? Did you have any 'snags' with your new home?
Please tell me your experiences, good or bad, and any tips you may have at the buying stage. Plot we are looking at not quite finished yet.
Thanks.

I’ve bought three new homes. You can have one house built to a brilliant standard and the one next door be shocking- it’s really variable.

Our 2nd house 3 of our ceilings came through due to leaks within 6 months and after living there 18 months we noticed the floor becoming bumpy under the carpet, upon inspection the ashfelt (?sp) had blown. The waterproof membrane had failed and we had to move out for 2weeks while they repaired it. There was a multitude of issues with that house, we sold it after 2.5 years, I’d had enough. Next door... not one problem bar paintwork etc.

We are in another new home, a Rowland. Has been great, no big issues really. Next door but one is another matter Confused

I bought a miller home (the showhouse so last on the estate and assume problems may have been ironed out.) Had a couple of minor issues which they have resolved easily.

We bought our house from Miller 8 years ago. We’ve had no significant problems, just little snags after we moved in. Not sure what their policy is now but when we bought our house they gave you two years after moving in to report any problems, no matter how minor, and get them fixed (which is a big difference to the first new build we bought in the 90s and only had a month to report snags!).
