To be worried

I am on the pill. First month over and done with but have been on this pill before. Skipping my week off and started this months prescription without my break, the last two weeks I’ve had horrifically intense cramps, and some pretty bad spotting. I feel periody today but I’m not bleeding. I’m worried I’m pregnant now.
Please hold my hand.

I used to still get period pains with no blood when taking the pill. You’ve only been on it for a short amount of time so your body will still be getting used to it.. and it can take a while to get into a cycle of taking the pill
