Long time lurker first time poster so please bear with me....we have lived in our house for two years,the side of our garden backs on to the back of a row of terrace houses, I have a problem with our neighbour who is 20 and is constantly smoking weed. He lives with his step mum and his dad, his dad works away most of the week so he is home alone. Appantely he has some mental health conditions, not sure what though and he contantly smokes to help him relax, my problem is when my windows are open my house stinks of it, it's all I can smell when I am in my garden and now he is growing it - i've seen it on his window sill. I have two DS aged one and four and my DS picked up a container full of pot last week off a shared wall and asked what it was. I don't know whether to approach him and tell him my issue, speak to his Dad or just ring the police. His step mum doesn't like it but when ever his dad has mentioned it to him in the past he has kicked off, played the mental health card and said he is going to kill himself! I don't know what to do!!
