Help please.
Amazon prime account hacked repeatedly, 6 times in 9 days.
Reported it 4 times so far, they promised to place a block on my account. They haven't. Changed my passwords, change my linked email passwords. The hackers have now locked me out of my amazon account totally including the phone number. I can't even see what they are doing in there now, My Credit card has been used - it's cancelled, my bank card deleted but am afraid they can somehow restore so it's cancelled now.
The latest order they placed was actually with a gift card that they loaded on to the account - don't even understand that one.
What can I do - amazon useless. They don't even confirm my report of fraud with an email. It's just a conversation which appears to get me nowhere.
