I've just seen this on the Piccadilly line, have anyone seen it before? What is this supposed to mean??

It's to do with the FWR board, which was referred to as a "radicalisation portal" regarding trans issues by a trans rights activist.

It’s about trans issues I believe

It means "A TERF has been here."

I thought you meant on a tube / cardboard / smarties / pringles etc .
