Neighbour's house alarm

Working from home (in between MNing) and neighbour's house alarm is now on it's 3rd 20 minute cycle of going off. WIBU to go and burn their house down, or should I just put dog poo through the letterbox?

Why not contact your neighbor? I’d like to know if my house alarm is faulty and harassing my neighbors. And would do my best to shut it down if my neighbor informed me. Even if they are away on holidays maybe they have family who can access their house with spare keys.

Erm because they're not in, and I don't know them or have their contact details?!! It's not my immediate neighbour. Was meant to be a joke btw...
