I was divorced in 2014 from a DV marriage, the consent Order was varied in 2017. He tried to appeal and it was dismissed in 2018. He has taken it to be varied again with made up stories. In the mean time the debt he owes me from back payments from previous hearing is now £50k plus 50% marital home. Is it unreasonable for me to ask the judge to put the 2nd property in my sole name as the equity on 2nd is (his share) to clear his debt to me? It makes common sense but I know law can be complicated. This way i’m Free to move away so he can’t harm or stalk us anymore
